If ordering a rack system or custom part, please allow 5-7 days after placing your order for your item(s) to be built and shipped. We ship via FedEx or UPS, we will go with whichever courier is the most cost-efficient for your order, which typically is FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated by weight, you can determine the shipping cost of your order before completing your purchase by using our shipping calculator during the checkout process. By default we send orders out via standard ground shipping, contact us to have an alternative shipping method arranged.
