If there is a problem with your order or you find an item to be defective, you may have the item replaced or have a refund issued. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase date to arrange a return or refund. Buyer pays return shipping.

If the item is not defective but you need to return your order for another reason, the item must be returned undamaged and unused to be accepted, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase date to arrange a return. Buyer pays return shipping.

We do not accept returns of custom items, due to their unique nature.
